1. Eligibility:

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the leadership coaching services (“Services”) offered by Nation Builder (“Nation Builder”) to its network members (“Members”).

2. Services:

Members may access individual or group leadership coaching sessions with qualified professional coaches within the Integer Network (“Provider”). These sessions aim to assist network organisations in navigating leadership or life transitions, making difficult decisions, fostering personal growth, honing leadership skills, and crafting strategic plans. Group coaching helps your leadership team understand how you’re really functioning together and builds the high-trust relationships you need to move forward.

3. Costs and Sessions:

• Members receive a discounted rate of R450 per 1-hour session for individuals & R300 per 1-hour session for small group sessions. Each session is individually invoiced.
• Services are available to any staff member with relevant responsibilities within a Member organisation.
• Each organisation is limited to four individual or four group sessions per six-month period. Group sessions are limited to 3 individuals per group, and larger groups incur workshop costs per team size. 
• Extension to six sessions per organisation may be granted upon recommendation by the Provider, at Nation Builder’s discretion.

4. Availability:

• Online sessions are available.
• In-person sessions are available by arrangement with Nation Builder at their Paarl offices, limited to Western Cape members.
• Session times are limited to Weekdays between 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM.
• Bookings need to be booked & fully paid at least two days in advance before a session is confirmed.

5. Providers:

• Providers are qualified leadership professional coaches with relevant expertise, bringing diverse perspectives, values-driven practice, and a commitment to wholeness, connection, and meaningful change.
• They offer guidance and advice but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or act as professional advisors and or business strategists.
• They may refer clients to specialists for further assistance, at the client’s expense.

6. Services Addressed:

• Services are best suited for organisations seeking guidance on team leadership, governance best practices, leadership development, and strategic planning. 
• Additional suitable areas may be determined by the Provider and the organisation’s needs.

7. Disclaimer:

• Nation Builder disclaims any and all liability for any outcomes or results of using the Services.
• Nation Builder utilises professional third-party service providers for these Services.

8. Confidentiality:

• All sessions are strictly confidential.
• Nation Builder does not access any client records, session information, or outcomes.
• Nation Builder has rights to any deidentified policies, models, procedures or other Intellectual Property, developed by the Provider for participating members, that may be of use to Nation Builder or other Nation Builder member organisations.

9. Cancellation Policy:

• Due to limited availability, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, or no-shows will incur a R450 charge to cover the cost of the session.
• This charge is necessary to ensure fair access to Services for all Members.
• Non-payment of booking sessions will automatically cancel the booked timeslot and the Member will then be responsible for paying the cancellation fee.

10. Monitoring and Evaluation:
To ensure the viability and impact of the Services, Nation Builder will conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities. Participating Members are required to consent to these activities, which may include:

• Completing feedback forms after each session
• Participating in brief interviews
• Sharing relevant reports or data

11. Marketing:
To attract funders and promote the success of the programme, Nation Builder may seek permission from participating Members to utilise stories, testimonials, and pictures for marketing purposes. This will be done in a way that does not compromise any confidentiality. Members can choose to opt-out of this at any time.

12. Amendments:
Nation Builder reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with prior written notice to Members.

13. Acceptance of Terms:
By utilising the Services, Members agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services:

Members may access individual or group counselling sessions with qualified registered counsellors (“Providers”). These sessions aim to assist NPO teams – especially social workers – in building resilience, recognising mental health concerns within the social sector, and promoting wellbeing.

For members who wish to learn more about the service before committing to a session, a complimentary 15-minute online consultation is available upon request to provide an overview of the support offered. Costs and Sessions:

• Members receive a subsidised discount of R200 per 45-minute individual session. Each session is individually invoiced.
• Services are available to any staff member of a Member organisation.
• Each individual is limited to 4 sessions, and each organisation is limited to 4 group sessions per 6-month period.
• Group sessions are available for companies and organisations to address collective wellbeing concerns and foster resilience within teams. These sessions are designed to provide professional support and guidance to groups, enhancing their overall mental health and workplace wellbeing.
• Members receive a subsidised discount of R400 per 2-hour group session. Each session is individually invoiced.
• Extension to 6 sessions per individual or group may be granted upon recommendation by the Provider, at Nation Builder’s discretion.

4. Availability:

• Online sessions are available.
• In-person sessions are available by arrangement with GHPS at their offices, limited to Western Cape members.
• Session times are limited to Tuesdays between 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM and Thursdays between 11:00 AM – 14:00 PM.
• Please note that their offices will be closed over the festive season, and opening times may be affected during this period.
• Bookings need to be booked & fully paid at least two days in advance before a session is confirmed.

5. Providers:

• Providers are qualified registered counsellors.
• They cannot diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.
• If deemed necessary, clients may be referred for further specialised support at the client’s own expense.

6. Services Addressed:

• Services are best suited for issues like stress, anxiety, burnout, self-motivation, trauma, secondary trauma, and group trauma.
• Additional suitable conditions may be determined by the provider.

• Nation Builder disclaims any and all liability for any outcomes or results of using the services.
• Nation Builder utilises professional third-party service providers for these services.

• All sessions are strictly confidential.
• Nation Builder does not have access to any client records, session information, or outcomes.

These sessions aim to assist network organisations with navigating legal compliance, implementing governance best practices, honing leadership skills, and crafting strategic plans.

3. Costs and Sessions:

• Members receive a discounted rate of R100 per 1-hour session. Each session is individually invoiced.
• Services are available to any staff member with relevant responsibilities within a Member organisation.
• Each organisation is limited to three individual or three group sessions per six-month period.
• Extension to six sessions per organisation may be granted upon recommendation by the Provider, at Nation Builder’s discretion.

• Online sessions are available.

• Providers are qualified business professionals, NPO specialists, and/or chartered accountants with relevant expertise.
• They offer guidance and advice, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or act as legal or financial advisors and or tax practitioner.
• They may refer clients to specialists for further assistance, at the client’s expense.

6. Services Addressed:

• Services are best suited for organisations seeking guidance on legal compliance, governance best practices, leadership development, and strategic planning.
• Additional suitable areas may be determined by the Provider and the organisation’s needs.
